By downloading, installing, or using MagnetGrid ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
MagnetGrid is a puzzle game published by Enila Studio. It is provided free of charge and includes advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.
MagnetGrid is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age required by your local law to agree to these terms without parental consent, please use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
All content in MagnetGrid — including graphics, puzzle designs, sounds, and the MagnetGrid name and logo — is owned by Enila Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without permission.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt the App's servers or the ads served within it; or use automated means to interact with the App.
MagnetGrid does not currently offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions. If this changes in a future version, these Terms will be updated accordingly before such features are enabled.
MagnetGrid displays ads served through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits. See our Manage Consent page for details on advertising consent choices.
MagnetGrid is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enila Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
